Young Park

Founding Attorney

Young’s practice focuses on representing workers in employment law cases. Before founding Justice For Workers, Young worked on both sides of employment law for more than a decade. After graduating from U.C. Hastings Law School, Young worked for Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, a large national law firm, for seven years, representing employers in employment law cases. Young understands the tactics companies and their defense firms use in defending employment lawsuits. With this experience and knowledge, Young then switched to the “right” side of employment law so that he could utilize the experience he learned to fight for powerless employees.

Since then, Young has successfully obtained compensation for countless workers who were mistreated by their employers. He has represented workers of all professions from minimum wage workers to high-paid executives in the film-industry or at massive corporations such as Target, Walmart, FedEx, Netflix, and others. He is an aggressive lawyer who is not afraid of corporations in order to obtain justice for his clients. Young is also a straightforward lawyer who will always be honest and candid to his clients about the strengths and weaknesses of their cases
