Tara Hattendorf
Associate Attorney
Tara is committed to protecting the rights of employees in need and has dedicated her career to this cause.
While in law school at the USC Gould School of Law, she developed her skills working with a plaintiff-side employment law firm; the Civil Rights Enforcement Section of the California Office of the Attorney General; and with Public Counsel in its Center for Veterans Advancement. She additionally served as a Senior Copy Editor of the Review of Law & Social Justice, and a Copy Editor of the USC Entertainment Law Spotlight.
As a practicing attorney, Tara has continued to focus her work on employment law, working in plaintiff’s firms as well as defense firms. She previously worked at Justice for Workers from 2021 to 2023, and has now returned to continue the fight for workers’ rights.
In her free time, Tara enjoys exploring Los Angeles, listening to audiobooks of every subject on Libby, and discussing Taylor Swift’s impact on society.
