Hanna Le
FOUNDING ATTORNEY
As an immigrant from Vietnam, Hanna experienced firsthand the challenges and discrimination that workers—especially newly arrived immigrants—face on the job. Therefore, she attended law school and subsequently founded Justice For Workers, P.C., to secure justice for employees who have been exploited in the workplace. She is especially committed to helping California’s minority labor community work in a civilized and fair environment.
While attending law school, Hanna simultaneously worked full-time at a plaintiff‑side employment law firm. She served in multiple roles—including legal assistant, office administrator, and law clerk. In law school, she consistently received merit-based scholarships, earned the “Best Brief” award at the first‑year intramural moot court competition, and received CALI awards and top grades in several courses.
At Justice For Workers, P.C., Hanna manages employment‑law cases from intake through recovery. She is fully bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
