Tara has always committed to protecting the rights and interests of those who are overlooked. She cares about harmony and she cares about people. Her goal in life is to help make a positive difference in others’ lives and in the world. After graduating from USC Gould School of Law, she chose to practice employment law so that she could protect the rights of workers who have been wronged by their employers.

Tara has successfully obtained justice and compensation for many workers who were mistreated by their employers. She is a great listener who always pays attention to each client’s needs and concerns. She is also a great teacher to our legal staff and junior attorneys.
